A place where people's dreams come true.
WHAT CAN I DO ON choooze?
People can do one of two things:
- Fill in a short profile and explain who you are and what's your dream, or
- Choose someone they like and give them a dollar - by clicking the choooze button
Of course, you can do both - give and receive - at the same time

HOW IT WORKS
Profile
every new member is asked to fill a profile - write about their dream, their goals... you can add pictures and video to your profile so people can really understand the purpose of your project.
Choosing
every day, all members, review profiles and choose one.
Choosing someone means giving him/her one dollar.
Each person can only choose a single profile during a round, so nobody can give more than one dollar a round. Only the one chosen the most will receive what was given to him/her.
If you gave to someone who didn't win, you keep the write to choose someone next round (without adding another dollar).
Rounds
Every few days we conclude a round.
Immediately after a round is concluded, a new round begins.
We would like to have a new round every day, but for now we are controlling the duration of the round because we want the amounts received to be meaningful.
Bouncing
you can change your vote until the very last moment of the round, so you can give to someone with a real chance to received the money.
by bouncing your vote at the last moment you also influence who will be chosen.

WHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT choooze
There are many sites for helping others, so What is unique about choooze?
1 - The contest; in order to receive, you must excel in presenting yourself and your dream.
Your dream needs to appeal to others, but probably more important is your presentation.
If your profile is not funny, touching, visually appealing, unique, or interesting in its presentation, you are probably going to lose to someone who worked harder on his or her profile
2 - Direct giving; There are no middle men. Just find the person you want to help to, and help them directly.
3 - The amount; It's only a buck, but if they win - it can still amount to a lot of money for the winner. So your dollar can be that vote that tips the scale for your favorite person.
4 - Finally, this site is about dream. Any dream, any project, any crazy goal. We are not about saving people. There are plenty of sites for that. In fact, we will remove profiles whose purpose is to raise money for a life saving purpose.
Morally, we can not allow life saving pleas to compete with "happy dreams".

We are running a limited beta and currently we are receiving new registrations.
Each new account will receive $25 for voting on the site (beta only, see below)
